Add different categories for the discount for testimonials.

So that I could choose which categories (live, replay, or training plan) were given a discount and which were not.

I am not very pleased to refuse clients a coaching plan with a 50!!!!!!!!% discount percent for video review.

I would like (me personally) for clients to be able to take the discount for only LIVE/REPLAY review sessions.
