Transactional emails have improved with changes such as transaction emails being sent by 'Metafy' instead of 'Josh' and abandoned basket emails sent to students who didn't complete their purchase.

Of course there are still plenty of opportunities to improve but for the purpose of this ticket we'll mark as complete :)
