So the way I like to give replay review in CS:GO is to download their demo and then I record a video of myself going through the demo and talking about what mistakes they are doing and what they should do better. I think this is a way better way of doing it in CS:GO because you can fly around the map and do other cool stuff when you are reviewing the demo for your student.
